Our Walk for Life events promote community awareness by means of a family-friendly fundraising opportunity. Community sponsors are pivotal in our attempts to reach more families in our communities and anyone can participate! These events would not be possible without our Event Sponsors. What is the Walk for Life?
Pregnancy Solutions hosted its first Walk for Life event in Venice, FL in 2001. What began as a single fundraising event has now become one of the two largest events we host each year. Every spring, Pregnancy Solutions hosts multiple Walk for Life event opportunities to increase community awareness and involvement in our efforts to end the demand for abortion in our area. The Walk for Life events play a pivotal role in our yearly budget which enables us to keep our doors open to serve more moms and dads facing unplanned pregnancies. By Walking for Life, you are boldly saying that you support Pregnancy Solutions and our efforts to end the demand for abortion.
How does it work?
Participants will sign up to be a walker at one of our three events (Venice, Port Charlotte, or Arcadia). You can sign up as an individual or a family, by yourself or as a team (churches, youth groups, businesses, etc.). Once registered, you can promote your fundraising page to everyone you know! Remember that the more people you share this opportunity with, the more lives can be saved!
