Job Description

• The Intervention Coordinator supports all Pregnancy Solutions offices by being actively involved in all aspects of client programming.
• Complete initial assessments and develop Plan of Care
• Conduct Medical Screenings, adhering to office policies and procedures
• Utilize Resources and Referrals to ensure client needs are met
• Facilitate Parenting Classes, provide one on one mentoring, develop and maintain customized curriculum plan for clients
• Responsible for assisting in the management of client documentation and reporting
• Deliver professional and quality customer care using the individualized multidisciplinary client services pregnancy clinic model to ensure best practices and procedures for client programs and services
• Attend meetings and training as deemed necessary by Lead Coordinator

Requirements

• Be a committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and is active in a local church
• Exhibit a strong commitment and dedication to the pro-life position and sexual purity
• Agree with Pregnancy Solutions’ Statement of Faith and Principle

Work may be as needed at any of our 4 locations in Arcadia, North Port, Port Charlotte or Venice.
