Because of the intense pressure faced by preteens and teens today, it is more important than ever to have healthy conversations about the various factors that create stress and uncertainty in the lives of students. Real Talk topics include Healthy Relationships, Boundaries, Peer Pressure, Social Media, Sexual Risk Avoidance (Abstinence), and Goal Setting. 

The average age for students to become connected to social media, begin puberty, and be exposed to pornography is 12 years old. This is why our talks are geared not only for high school students, but for middle school students as well. In today’s world, many students are exposed to pressures and situations at an even younger age. In order to get ahead of the curve, Real Talk can customize discussion to students as young as upper elementary school.

Their worldview is being shaped by an ever-shifting, online culture rather than by truth. Teenagers need truth presented in an honorable way and a safe place to ask hard questions.
