At Rookie Dads, you’ll step into a laid-back, welcoming space designed just for fathers. Every visit gives you the chance to connect one-on-one with a dedicated Dad Coach who understands the challenges, questions and joys that come with fatherhood.

One-on-One Mentorship

Our Dad Coaches provide confidential, individual support to each Dad that walks through our doors. We connect men with local resources to aid them through their parenting journey. Some of our resources include housing referrals, food assistance and job referrals.

Material Support

By attending weekly parenting classes, Dads can earn points to collect essentials such as diapers, wipes, baby clothes, bottles, pacifiers, formula, blankets, books, monitors, hygiene products and so much more, providing for their family financially.

Parenting Classes

Weekly parenting classes cover topics such as caring for your partner during pregnancy, safety during pregnancy, infant CPR and how to help your partner postpartum. Our classes help prepare men for fatherhood and leading their family well.
